A valuable workout does not always have to be time-consuming, which is best proved by the increasingly popular tabata. The latest research has confirmed that this kind of activity is one of the most effective ways to reduce unwanted fat tissue and improve the general condition of the body. The effectiveness of tabata is also appreciated by famous people from the world of fitness, including Kasia Bigos.

Tabata is one of the most intense workouts that have been developed so far. For a good start, we choose a set of exercises, and then we start training in the following rhythm – 20 seconds of work at top speed, followed by 10 seconds of rest. Exercising in this manner for even five minutes will not only give you the feeling of a job well done, but you will also get the desired results!

The astonishing effectiveness of the five-minute tabata has been documented by a recent study conducted by the Physiological Society. The experiment involved volunteers who committed to performing specific exercises for twelve weeks. According to the results published on the Fit and Well website, regular use of Tabata improves blood sugar levels, liver fat levels, and cardiovascular fitness in adults with type 2 diabetes. Moreover, the results of the study participants were found to be very similar to those of those who performed traditional aerobic workouts such as cycling or running.

Popular fitness trainer Kasia Bigos also encourages to practice tabata via hellozdrowie.pl. The sportswoman assures that to perform this type of training effectively we need no more than four minutes and she recommends doing the exercises 3-4 times a week. Thanks to tabata we will improve our efficiency and metabolism, build great condition, and burn a lot of fat at the same time! Kasia Bigos has no doubt – this is one of the most effective training methods!
