The latter recently presented a set of exercises for the buttocks, which the British designer liked so much that she decided to share them with an even wider audience on InstaStories. What does an effective Eva Longoria workout consist of?

In sports – as in any other field – inspiration is of gigantic importance, which we usually look for among respected authorities. However, it happens that famous people can also amaze each other, a great example of which is Victoria Beckham sharing Eva Longoria’s exercises. No wonder the British designer and model decided to do it, because the American’s workout is really impressive!

Eva Longoria became famous for her love of exercising on a home trampoline. The model has proved many times that the impossible does not exist for her. With her favourite trampoline, she can do an effective workout for almost every part of her body! Eva Longoria’s workout can be seen on a video on Instagram. It shows that the American actress begins her set of exercises with classic squats with dumbbells. Then Longoria – all the time holding weights in her hands – smoothly moves to jumps and jumps in a light squat. The workout culminates in a standing run with a high knee lift.
