Longoria’s favorite trampoline accompanied her even during a yacht trip, and she herself via Instagram decided to share a video, in which you can see how she exercises and has fun at the same time.

In unusual circumstances, the beautiful American put on zumba on a trampoline. Although the beginnings of this activity are not always rosy, it is a great way to develop better motor coordination and burn a lot of calories. Zumba on a trampoline can be enriched with your favourite music, which will make the training pure pleasure and provide us with additional positive energy!
