Properly selected sportswear improves comfort during training and has a positive impact on your mood in class. Here are some of the most popular models that are not only functional but also fashionable.

Tracksuit shorts

Sweatpants belong to this group of clothing, which is one of the most comfortable choices. A well-fitting pair of sweatpants should fit snugly around the hips and stay in place during intense exercise. A wide elastic band and binding allows the pants to fit around the circumference of the hips. Most often, women’s sweatpants have loose legs so that you can perform all movements freely. Moreover, sweatpants are usually slightly longer than sports shorts, about mid-thigh, so you can use the pockets sewn into the legs. This season, sporty combinations – short shorts with a belly button sweatshirt – are the trend. The wide range of stores allows you to choose the perfect color to suit every woman, but it is worth remembering that this summer is dominated by pastel shades of purple, yellow and green.

Leggings

The second most popular choice when picking women’s sportswear is short leggings. Unlike tracksuit bottoms, leggings are tight, they shape the figure and are perfect even for very intensive workout sessions. When choosing leggings, it is worth paying attention to the material they are made of, so that it is light, breathable, absorbs moisture and does not show through. In the case of short leggings, seamless models are perfect, which are very comfortable during exercise and do not irritate the skin. This season biker leggings are fashionable, which are used not only in sports fashion, but also as an element of everyday outfit.

Athletic shorts

The classic model of workout shorts is made of a special slippery material that lets air through and does not retain moisture. Well-chosen weight and thickness of the fabric will cover the underwear, which will not show through the material. When choosing shorts, pay attention to their length. For a running outfit or home workout, the shorts can be very short, but if you’ll be wearing them to the gym, it’s a good idea to purchase a model with a slightly longer leg, as the shorts may rise a bit during exercise. To avoid exposing your underwear, it’s worth investing in a longer pair of gym shorts that will give you comfort during any workout.

Tennis shorts

It’s also worth opting for shorts that are traditionally used when playing tennis. The shorts consist of leggings that conform to the shape of the body and an additional layer of fabric. The fabric of which the shorts are made, is adapted to the physical activity, permeable to air and does not retain moisture, so it will work well not only during the struggle for tennis, but also while running, in fitness classes, yoga exercises or at the gym. Popular models can be found in sportswear stores for as little as several dozen PLN.
