Convenience and comfort during training is not only the right choice of load and physical exercise, but also the preparation of good sportswear and underwear.

Sports bra

An integral part of every woman’s sports closet is a sports bra. Traditional bras are not suitable for exercise, not only because of the clasp, but also because of poor bust support. Sports bras have far better support for the entire bust and reduce the strain on the Cooper’s ligaments responsible for firmness. When choosing a sports bra, the rule is quite simple: the busier and more intense the physical activity, the more compressive the bra should be. Elastic strapless tops protect the breasts from movement and allow comfortable exercise in any position. It is up to the athletes to decide whether they prefer a top-style bra or one with two separate cups for each breast. A well-chosen bra in either case will protect the breasts and give comfort during training. When choosing a sports bra, it is also worth paying attention to the material from which it is made, so that it does not cause skin chaffing and wicks away moisture.

Sports panties

Another accessory you should pay special attention to is a good choice of panties. For ladies, the best choice is special seamless underwear that will not show under tight leggings. Girls practicing tennis should opt for more built-up underwear that will cover everything under the skirt. As with a sports bra, it is important to pay attention to the fabric of the garment when choosing panties. It is important that it is an airy fabric that regulates body temperature, does not cause chaffing or chafing of the skin, and wicks away moisture. Experts point out that briefs should be made of quick-drying materials, as the body sweats quickly during intense exercise, and wet underwear can lead to unpleasant infections.

Thermoactive underwear

In the context of sports clothes that work best during training, do not forget about thermal underwear. A specially created set of underwear is designed to increase comfort during intense exercise and, above all, take care of the correct body temperature. Using thermal underwear during training allows you to wick moisture away from the skin, protects the body from the outside temperature – warming it in winter and cooling it in hot weather, and eliminates the unpleasant smell of sweat. All these factors contribute to freedom, comfort and convenience during exercise, which significantly improves the effectiveness, efficiency and length of exercise. Thermal underwear is made from both natural fabrics, such as cotton, and synthetic materials. Both variants perform their function and do not irritate even the most sensitive skin.
