Range of exercises 

Crossfit training is an elaborate set of exercises that involves working all the muscles. In addition, it is a very intense and demanding workout, so it is advisable to ensure maximum body comfort during the workout. Crossfit classes can be divided into exercises that improve respiratory and cardio capacity, and include dynamic series of squats, pull-ups, abdominals, climbing, weight lifting, running or swinging with kettlebells. The second batch is more strength-oriented, helping to improve motor coordination, and involves the use of a variety of sports accessories, such as barbells of different weights, medicine ball, jumping ropes, jump boxes, exercise bands or kettlebells. For this reason, crossfit attire should give the athlete maximum range of motion, absorb perspiration, adhere to the body and not pinch. 

Sports attire 

One may assume that standard sportswear is practical for any type of training. However, this assumption is incorrect. Each sport requires different movements from the athlete, has a different intensity of exercise and is characterized by various needs of the body. It is for this reason that it is advisable to take care of the correct attire before training. When it comes to upper clothing, many women opt for short tops, tank tops or sports bras This type of clothing does not restrict movement, supports the bust and gives comfort during exercise. As for pants, long leggings or short clinging shorts work best. Clothes that are well-fitted to the figure allow you to closely observe the work of the muscles during training. The material of the outfit is key. Proven fabrics are polyester or polypropylene, which allows the skin to breathe, wicks away excess moisture and does not cause chaffing. 

Footwear and accessories 

Sportswear is one thing, but a much more important issue of crossfit training clothing is the correct footwear. It is what allows you to perform all exercises correctly and steadily, and is also an additional protection against dangerous injury. Footwear for crossfit should be breathable, lightweight, give stability to the leg, profile the feet so that the muscles are not sore, and cushion their alignment during exercise. For this purpose, shoes tailored for running work well. They have a properly contoured insole, help the leg to align properly during intense exercise and allow the skin to breathe. There must also be sports socks that wick away moisture. Among the accessories of workout clothes, sports gloves can also prove useful, which will make lifting barbells or climbing easier. Well-chosen gloves not only improve grip and give a sense of better stability, but also protect the wrist from painful injury.
