A natural reaction to a workout routine is to look for new alternatives to add variety to your daily set of exercises. It is a great combination of pleasant and useful, which is also appreciated by world celebrities – Eva Longoria or Kate Hudson.

Jumping fitness, or simply fitness on trampolines, is a real hit in recent months. The number of female supporters of this type of exercise is constantly growing, which – if we take into account the advantages of such activity – should not surprise anyone. The greatest strength of jumping on a fitness trampoline is undoubtedly its intensity, thanks to which we will be able to burn almost twice as many calories as, for example, while running. It has been calculated that after an hour of training on a trampoline we will lose up to 1000 kcal!

The activity which is currently at the top of the most popular fitness classes improves the work of the circulatory system, thanks to which our organs will be better oxygenated, and the functioning of our lungs will become more efficient. In addition, jumping on a trampoline on a regular basis, we will acquire great motor coordination, and at the same time model our figure. The icing on the cake is the fact that jumping fitness has an excellent impact on our mood and increases energy levels throughout the day.

Apart from the health and well-being aspects, training on trampolines is also great fun and a way to actively spend free time with friends. It’s no wonder that it has found recognition also among celebrities from different parts of the world. Well-known actress and model Eva Longoria and her popular friend Kate Hudson regularly use trampolines. Celebrities can’t imagine a workout session without valuable cardio, and the properties of jumping fitness make it a must for every active woman!
