Good headphones during training can have a significant impact. A favorite playlist can improve the dynamics of the athlete and add more motivation to exercise. What equipment should you choose to serve during intense exercise?

Sony WI-C200

One of the cheaper models that not only fits into any budget, but also performs well during use. In-ear headphones with Bluetooth connectivity work great during workouts. In addition, they are equipped with a strap that protects them from falling out, but does not restrict movement while exercising. The Sony-branded headphones are equipped with a good battery, which allows for 15 hours of uncharged operation. The big advantage of the installed batteries is their short charging time. The headphones can be plugged into the charger for 10 minutes and get an operating time of about 60 minutes, which can be important before a workout. Sound quality is at a good level, especially at this price level. The equipment comes with a special panel that makes it easy to control the sound and the playlist.

JBL Reflect Mini NC

One of the biggest advantages of this equipment is the active noise cancellation function. This allows the headphones to mute ambient sounds and allow you to focus only on the recording being played. This feature can prove especially useful when working out in a crowded gym. Another interesting feature is the use of Dual Connect technology. It allows you to use only one earphone while the other is in the package. In the context of training, this can be very useful. The battery of the headphones allows you to work for 7 hours. Turning on the ambient noise-canceling mode reduces this time by an hour. The company also offers the My JBL Headphones mobile app, which makes it easy to monitor battery levels, help control the device and set parameters to suit the user’s needs.

Apple Powerbeats Pro

These headphones are designed for sports-active iPhone users. A special H1 chip has been built into the hardware, which connects the headphones to all Apple mobile devices paired on a given user’s account. Thanks to this feature, the headphones can connect directly to the Siri assistant, making it easy to use without touching any device. The design of the wireless headphones themselves is also unique. Standard over-ear headphones have been provided with an additional casing that is worn over the auricle. This allows the headphones to stay in place even during the most intense workout. The casing is created from a special material that allows all its components to flexibly fit the shape of the user’s ear. The design is waterproof and has built-in buttons for volume control and changing songs. The headphones’ batteries can last for about 9 hours, and charging them for at least 5 minutes allows you to use the equipment for another 1.5 hours.
