The approaching summer is a great motivation to take care of your health and line before you leave for a well-deserved rest. This simple detox, praised by Kourtney Kardashian, can be an effective way to achieve this goal. It is enough to enrich our diet with just a few products and the effect should be electrifying!

The popular celebrity’s favourite detox involves including four products in her daily menu. The first of them is sauerkraut, whose cleansing power has become known worldwide. High content of fiber in this vegetable will help us avoid bloating and indigestion. Speaking of fiber, we can also find plenty of it in dark leafy vegetables such as spinach and kale, which additionally equip our body with oxidants, as well as prebiotics and probiotics. As a result, we will strengthen the protection of the digestive system and crank up our metabolism.

Kardashian woman also likes to use garlic, which, despite its not particularly inviting smell, contains a whole group of substances that have a strong antibacterial effect and increase immunity. The last product on the list is Psyllium seed, which is an inconspicuous-looking seed that facilitates getting rid of unnecessary toxins from the body. They will be befriended especially by lovers of kitchen conquests – because on the basis of these seeds you can successfully prepare bread or pasta!

The complement to any effective detox is, of course, regular drinking of water and it is no different with Kourtney Kardashian’s diet. Remember to drink at least 2 liters of the life-giving liquid. Her sister Kim Kardashian also follows a similar dietary regime. However, the younger Kardashian’s detox is mainly based on cocktails and herbal teas.
